Heartburn, indigestion and excess acid symptoms.
It is the only product that you can purchase that has a unique combination of antacids AND an acid balancer to provide fast and long-lasting relief from each chewable tablet.
The antacids (magnesium hydroxide and calcium carbonate) go to work within two minutes to neutralise the acid in your stomach, and the acid balancer (famotidine) stabilises your acid levels for up to 12 hours.
Simply chew one tablet to relieve indigestion, heartburn or excess acid symptoms. Repeat the dose if symptoms return. Do not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours.
Pepcidtwo starts to work on your acid within 2 minutes, which means you can experience fast relief from painful symptoms.
Pepcidtwo can provide you with all day or all night relief.
Pepcidtwo chewable tablets are available in two pack sizes (6 and 12) and can be found nationwide in the indigestion self selection section of most pharmacy retail outlets as well as major supermarket stores.
Pepcidtwo chewable indigestion tablets are also available in a larger 24 pack size and these can be purchased at the pharmacy counter in some pharmacy retail outlets.
Do not take Pepcidtwo if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Like all indigestion remedies available for purchase, Pepcidtwo is for short-term treatment of symptoms. So, if after 6 days of continuously using Pepcidtwo you still suffer from continuous symptoms ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before further treatment. You should not keep treating yourself with these tablets, as it may be a sign that you have a different medical problem.
Most people do not get side effects when taking Pepcidtwo. Some
people in clinical trials reported headaches. Nausea, diarrhoea, bloating,
abdominal pain, dizziness, dry mouth, dyspepsia, flatulence, pins and needles,
nervousness or taste abnormalities have also been noted, however, these
are also rare.
As with all medicines, allergic reactions may occur but they are very rare with Pepcidtwo. Possible symptoms could be itching, rashes, facial swelling, shortness of breath or fainting. If you experience a reaction of any sort you should stop treatment and contact your doctor or pharmacist.
